OF THE TOWN BOARD OF THE TOWN OF SOUTH BRISTOL. ONTARIO COUNTY, NEW YORK, APPOINTING ASSESSOR PURSANT TO REAL PROPERTY TAX LAW 310
RESOLUTION 30-2026 APPOINTING ANN BUCK ASSESSOR
TO FULFILL REMAINEDR OF 6-YEAR TERM
WHEREAS Real Property Tax Law 310 establishes that the appointed assessor of a municipality shall serve a six-year term, beginning on October 1, 2025, and ending September 30 of the sixth year thereafter; and
WHEREAS the Town Board of South Bristol is required to appoint an assessor to fulfill these duties in accordance with New York State Law; and
WHEREAS the Town Board of South Bristol, Ontario County, has determined that Ann Buck is duly qualified to serve as Assessor for the Town of South Bristol;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Town Board of South Bristol, County of Ontario, does hereby appoint Ann Buck as Assessor for the Town of South Bristol to fulfill the remainder of a six-year term commencing on March 1, 2026, and expiring September 30, 2031, in accordance with the provisions of Real Property Tax Lawe 310, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a certified copy of this resolution shall be provided to the Ontario County Director of Real Property Tax Services, the Appointed Assessor, and the New York State Department of Taxation and Finance – Office of Real Property Tax Services.

Please take notice that the Town of South Bristol Planning Board will hold a public hearing on the following application:
2026-0001 for property owned by Garza Properties LLC located at 7101 St Rt 21, tax map 195.05-1-19.000. The applicant/property owner are looking for site plan approval to build a 359 square foot dock and repair 16 linear feet of break wall behind mean high water.
Said hearing will take place on the 15th day of July 2026 beginning at 6:30 pm at the South Bristol Town Hall, 6500 West Gannett Hill Road, Naples, NY 14512.

Please take notice that the Town of South Bristol Zoning Board of Appeals has scheduled a public hearing on the following application:
2026-0005 for property owned by Clark H. Kreuter and Verner C. Kreuter IV located at 5844 Seneca Point Road, tax map 178.14-1-15.000.
The applicant Mark Boylan located at 6164 Bopple Hill Road, tax maps 178.00-1-29.110; 178.14-1-16.000 submitted an appeal to reverse, vacate and annul the decision to issue the Certificate of Non-Conformity 2026-0003 and deny the application in its entirety.
Said hearing will take place on the 22nd day of July 2026 beginning at 6:00 pm at the South Bristol Town Hall, 6500 West Gannett Hill Road, Naples, NY 14512.
